Landform analysisAlmost all planning applications need to have an appropriate assessment which considers the effects upon both landscape character and visual amenity.

Bright & Associates are expert at undertaking this type of assessment be it for a small residential or commercial development through to a detailed Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA) forming a chapter in an overall Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).

As part of the LVIA we may use illustrative material to assess and demonstrate visual context such as Cross Sections, Photomontage and Zones of Visual Influence, sometimes referred to as Zones of Theoretical Visibility (ZTV).

We are fully conversant with current good practice and recognised guidelines and can advise the Client as to the type and nature of landscape assessment required.
